Transfer of a domain name to a new owner:
This can usually be done at no cost to either the seller or buyer. I use GoDaddy.com for registering most of these domains.
The buyer will need to set up an account at GoDaddy (free) and I will then transfer the domain name(s) to the
new owners account.
This allows the buyer to have complete control over their new domain name with the ability to transfer it to any hosting service or hold it until they're ready to use it.
